• All other events including Funday's in the Park, held 1st Sunday at Pier Park will be $10.00 members, $ 15.00 non menbers and food stall holders to $ 20.00 -  Come along and have a great day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL

STALL HOLDERS RE INSURANCE COVERAGE

Due to some confusion with  new markets opening up we find it neccessary to remind people of how our coverage to artists works.

To all members or potential members who have stalls. Arts Council covers our artistic members who live to sell their wares at community events. But we have had a couple of areas where there is confusion and we would like to remind these people of their obligations and our policies.

Members who use Arts Council coverage are only covered for Arts Council approved events. All stall holders must have a small sign acknowledging Arts council (see Karen for a copy). Any event that coincides or is in competition with an Arts council event will not be approved.

ALL EVENTS other than Arts Council events must be given approval by the committee.

This means we must be contacted in writing or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with event, time and place so it is recorded and written approval will be given. You can submit more than one date at a time, so if you have a calender for 3 months please email it or drop into Karen and we will confirm in writing. Other wise you will NOT be covered.
