New Competition! Make a homemade musical instrument, bring it along to play with the band and win a prize. Entry free.
Regular Events
Hervey Bay Council for the Arts meetings:
Monthly Meetings every 2nd Monday, 7pm at the Hervey Bay RSL. Why not join us at 6pm for dinner. Everyone is welcome and new ideas are always appreciated

Scribes Writing Group:
Meets every 1st Wednesday at the RSL from 1 - 4pm. A fun group of writers, keen to learn and share writing tips, feedback, prompts and friendship.

Scribes Poetry Group:
Poetry Group meets every 3rd Wednesday at 1pm at the Hervey Bay RSL,  for sharing, learning and lots of prompts to get the mind working. If you don't like poetry the lessons provide writers with new ways to express themselves.

Social Arts Group:
2nd and 4th Saturdays 10am – 1pm, Arts and Crafts Village in Bideford St. Hervey Bay

Bay City Wailers:
